The Center for the Humanities in an Urban Environment invites you to join us as Dr. Richard Kearney speaks about Anatheism. Dr. Richard Kearney holds the Charles B. Seelig Chair of Philosophy at Boston College and is the author of over twenty books on European philosophy and literature, including On Stories, The God Who May Be and Strangers, Gods, and Monsters, Debates in Continental Philosophy, The Owl of Minerv, Navigations ,and Anatheism. Dr. Kearney will be addressing the possibility of religion after the death of God and how the new movements in the arts suggest we can return to the divine. We look forward to seeing you there.
