On Wednesday, February 8th, David Lawrence, President of the Early Childhood Initiative Foundation, will present a public lecture that explores the topic why the humanities are important to the children of our community. This event is free and open to the public.

This is event is co-sponsored by the Office of the Provost, Florida International University, and it is part of FIU's ongoing series, Life of the Mind series.
